Insurance

Our friendly staff is extremely knowledgeable in dealing with insurance claims. We currently file claims with over 600 different insurance companies. We are providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Delta Dental, but we accept most insurance. If we are not listed as providers on your insurance plan, it does not mean that you can't use your insurance in our office. Jamie or Tonia will be more than happy to explain the "ins and outs" of insurance benefits to you, and can file your claim for you.

Financial Arrangements

Generally, payment for services is due on the date of service. If you have insurance, your portion of the bill is due on the date of service. On larger procedures requiring multiple appointments, we will usually expect half of the payment at the first appointment, and the remaining half at the last appointment. Exceptions can be made with prior arrangements.

If you prefer to have a payment plan, we offer Care Credit. It is a flexible payment plan based on your treatment needs as well as your financial needs. Jamie or Tonia will be more that happy to explain the details to you.
